A profile is one signal. It is not the answer. We check the person, company records, local-language sources, domain evidence, news, professional networks and live route signals. Then it shows what supported the result.

  • A name: Resolve. Confirm which individual you mean, then get the evidence and a scored way to reach them. Finding candidates is free; up to two credits for a complete resolution.
  • A list: Research Grid. Import up to fifty names from a CSV, resolve them row by row, and export with the score and the evidence on every row. Nothing extra for the batch.
  • A thesis: Lead Discovery. Describe the market and the seat you need; SkySearch researches it and hands you a scored shortlist. The research is free; one credit per resolved contact you select.
  • Lawful sources only. Public records, company registries and filings, licensed data, and live technical checks. We never log in to a closed platform to scrape it.
  • Evidence is retained. The trail behind every result is stored with it, so a contact can be justified months later.
  • Withheld by default. If an address does not clear the bar, we do not show it. Old data never reaches an export.

Questions worth asking

Before you trust a contact, understand how it was found.

If a provider cannot answer these questions about their own data, that is the answer. Questions about money are on the pricing page.

How is SkySearch different from a contact database like Apollo or ZoomInfo?

A database looks up a record it already holds. If it holds nothing, it comes back empty. SkySearch does the work instead. We find out which person you mean. We check who they work for now, and which company name is the registered one. We find the domains that company really uses for mail. We work out the address pattern in use there, then test it. Last, we check the mailbox accepts mail, and line the answer up against public sources.

What happens when SkySearch cannot find a credible contact?

The evidence we keep costs 1 credit. A reliable direct address costs 1 more. If we cannot find one, that second credit goes straight back to you.

We still give you another way in, when there is one. It might be an assistant we have checked, a contact from the company’s own filings, a board seat the person holds, or a different company domain. Each one comes with its own evidence and its own score.

What is a confidence score and how should I read it?

The score says how well the independent sources agree. It is not how sure we feel.

85 and up

Good enough to show you, not good enough to call verified. We label it. Check it before a first email that matters.

We show you no address at all.

Below sixty-five no address is reported at all. What was established is kept and clearly labelled, along with a fallback route. The evidence credit still applies; the address credit does not.

Is SkySearch only for Asia?

No. We work anywhere. We help most where the public record is thin: private companies, founder-led firms, holding structures, and filings in other languages.

A lot of Asia looks like that, so the gap with Western databases shows up there first. The same gap shows up for private companies in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. See where we reach.

Does a high confidence score guarantee the email will be delivered?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who says they can is overselling. A catch-all domain, a strict spam filter or a recent job change all change the odds.

Our score says how strong the signals were, and how well they agreed. We show you every one of them, so you can judge the risk yourself.

Where does SkySearch's data come from, and is it compliant?

We use public records, company registries and filings, and licensed data. We also run live technical checks. One of those is how a domain and its mail server answer.

We give you ways to reach people at work, for work. We keep the evidence behind every result. If someone asks us to stop using their data, or to erase it, we do. We meet our GDPR and PDPA duties, including data subject requests. Enterprise customers can run a security and data-handling review before they roll out.
