Use SkySearch for lawful research and correspondence at work. Do not use it to harass anyone. Do not use it to profile people by sensitive traits. Do not use it to watch a private person. Do not use it for unlawful marketing.

Resolution evidence

A confidence score says two things. How strong is the current evidence? And how well does it agree? It is not a promise that the person is who we say, that the mail will arrive, or that anyone will reply. We hold back email data that nothing supports, and email data that has gone stale.

Reach and people credits

The unit of account is the people credit. One people credit is charged for each thing we actually establish about a person, and for nothing else.

Finding candidates uses no people credits. Confirming a person starts an investigation, and an investigation holds 2 people credits while it runs: one for the evidence we keep, one for an address we can report. We charge only for what we establish. Whatever we do not establish is released back to your people-credit balance automatically, without you asking.

No charge

What "returned" means. A return is people credits, not money. People credits that come back are capacity you can spend on the next person. They are not a refund of your subscription payment or of a top-up payment, and nothing is returned to your card. This is the whole of the guarantee we advertise as Refund guaranteed: you are never charged for something we could not establish, and you keep the capacity instead.

People credits keep one expiry date. Plan people credits last 180 days. Top-up people credits last twelve months. Both clocks start the day they are added, your whole balance shares the later of the two, and adding more only ever moves that date later, never earlier.

A research grid treats every row as its own Resolution, on the same terms. In Lead Discovery the research costs nothing. You pay 1 people credit for each lead you pick and resolve that comes back with at least one way to reach the person. A lead we find no route for costs nothing.

Finding candidates is free, but it is not unlimited. Each workspace gets a research allowance over a rolling 30 days. The Usage page shows what is left. Looking again at someone you have already researched, inside the caching window, does not use any of it.

An address you were charged for goes into your CSV and Excel exports. Every row carries its confidence score and a status.

We hold an address back from an export when it is stale, when it is below the bar to report, or when you were not charged for it. Exports never use a people credit.

Paid plans and people credit top-ups

Reach 50 and Reach 250 are monthly subscriptions. They renew and charge each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing inside the product. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. People credits already in your balance stay usable until they expire. Reach Custom is agreed on contract.

People credit top-ups are one-off purchases. There is no subscription.

Stripe takes the payment on a page Stripe hosts. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe sends a receipt and an invoice for every payment.

Plan people credits last 180 days from the day they arrive. Top-up people credits last 12 months. Your balance carries one expiry date, so adding more pushes that date out and never pulls it in.

A return of people credits during an investigation is automatic and is described above. A refund of money is separate: if you have an unused balance and want one, write to us and we will look at it case by case.
