Terms
Use eFinder only for lawful professional research and correspondence. Do not use the service for harassment, sensitive profiling, personal surveillance, or unlawful marketing.
Resolution evidence
A confidence score describes the strength and agreement of current evidence. It is not a guarantee of identity, deliverability, or response. Unsupported and stale email data is withheld by default.
Credits
Targeting does not consume a credit. Identity lock reserves two credits while grounded dossier research and email resolution run together. A retained dossier costs one credit; a reliable email costs one additional credit. Unused reservations and fully failed or cancelled work are returned. Retrying incomplete background enrichment on a Resolution you have already paid for is free. Credits expire on a single date recorded against your workspace, covering your whole balance rather than each grant separately. Adding credits extends that date to at least 180 days from the day they are added, and never shortens it.
Research Grid resolves each row as a separate Resolution on the same terms. In Lead Discovery the research itself consumes no credit; one credit is charged for each lead you select and resolve that returns at least one usable contact route, and a lead for which no route is found is not charged.
Targeting is free but not unlimited. Each workspace has an allowance of grounded Targeting passes over a rolling thirty-day window, shown on the Usage page. Repeating a target already researched within the caching window does not consume the allowance.
Exports
An address you were charged for is included in your CSV and Excel exports. Every exported row carries the confidence score and a status describing it: “current_verified” where a mailbox was confirmed, “reported_unverified” where the address met the reporting bar but no mailbox was confirmed, “refresh_required” where it was last verified more than ninety days ago, and “insufficient_confidence” where nothing met the reporting bar. An address is withheld from an export when it is stale, when it falls below the reporting bar, or when it was not charged for. Exports themselves never consume a credit.
Paid plans and credit packs
Individual and Professional are monthly subscriptions. They renew and are charged automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Billing in the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and credits already added to your balance remain usable until they expire. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page, and we do not receive or store card details. Monthly plan credits are valid for 180 days and pack credits for 12 months from the day they are added; because your balance carries a single expiry date, adding credits extends that date and never shortens it. Stripe issues a receipt and an invoice for every payment. If you have an unused balance and want a refund, contact us and we will consider it case by case.
