A name: Resolve. Confirm which individual you mean. Then get the evidence, and a scored way to reach them. Finding candidates is free. The investigation holds two people credits: one pays for the evidence we keep, one is charged only if we can report an address.

Paying, and stopping
No surprises on the invoice.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods such as PromptPay, shown in your local currency where Stripe supports it. You pay on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Card details are entered there and never reach SkySearch.
- A receipt and an invoice, every time. A VAT or tax ID you enter at checkout appears on the invoice. You handle card changes, invoices and plan changes from Billing inside the product.
- Cancel at any time. From Billing inside the product. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for and then stops.
- People credits keep one expiry date. Plan people credits last 180 days. Top-up people credits last twelve months. Both clocks start the day they are added. Adding more only ever moves that date later, never earlier.
- Nothing charged for what we cannot establish. If we find nothing, or a run fails or is cancelled, the people credits it was holding go back to your balance.
- Refunds. Have an unused balance and want a refund? Ask us. We will look at it case by case.

Can I buy access without a subscription?
Yes. People credit top-ups are a one-time purchase: 3 people credits for $10, 10 for $29, 25 for $69, 100 for $229 or 250 for $449, valid for twelve months from the day they are added. No subscription is attached, and subscribers can buy a top-up alongside their plan.
How do I pay?
