It is not a dead end. Officers on the registry are still there. So are filings, press and domain evidence.
A different trading name

The brand on the door is one thing. The registered company is another. We read the filings in the local language to find it.
A holding company

We start at the trading name. We follow it up to the firm that really employs the person you want.
Records in another script

We find the company in filings from its own country, in its own script. Not just in the big English databases.

We read the address pattern from each domain and each country too. We never assume a Western first.last default.
