We use your account details to run your workspace and keep it safe. Research starts only when a signed-in user asks for it. And it looks only at public information about that person's work.
Information we use
We store these five things:
- your account profile details
- what happens in your workspace
- your credit records
- the professional contacts you save
- the evidence that explains a Resolution
We do not set out to collect any of this:
- family information
- home addresses
- sensitive attributes
- personal social profiles
Keeping data, and your control over it
We treat professional contact data as current for 90 days. After 90 days it must be refreshed. Only then can the sensitive fields be exported.
You can ask to see your data. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. Email privacy@skysearch.net.
Who else handles your data
SkySearch uses seven service providers.
- Supabase
- Sign-in, and the data in your workspace.
- Vercel
- The website, and the server functions behind it.
- Gemini
- Public research, read from live sources.
- SkySearch resolution service
- Professional email evidence.
- Stripe
- Payments. Stripe holds the card details. We receive only a customer reference and the amount paid.
- Google Analytics
- Which public pages are visited, and which links are clicked. Public pages only.
- Microsoft Clarity
- Records how visitors move through the public pages — clicks, scrolling and cursor movement — so we can see where the site is confusing. Public pages only.
Neither measurement provider runs inside your workspace. Everything behind sign-in — the people you research, the addresses we find and the evidence behind them — is served under a stricter policy that permits no third-party script at all, so none of it is seen by Google or Microsoft.
Provider credentials stay on the server side.
